Open Scripture with care. I want people to understand what a passage says, how it fits within the story of Scripture, and what it asks of us on an ordinary Tuesday.
Show up consistently. Pastoral care grows through relationships. A conversation in a shop, a visit during a hard week, and a follow-up call all make room for people to be heard.
Lead through change with clarity and care. People deserve honest communication and a chance to ask questions. During a transition, I want to make space for grief, honor what people have built, and help them see what they can carry forward.
